"I think its potential is exponential, but it requires participation from the corporate sponsors and not just writing a check every month," said Ed Cannatelli, vice president and owner of Cannatelli Builders in Pompano Beach. "We needed a forum to get the corporate sponsors together."

Cannatelli, in his second year as a Panthers sponsor, said he welcomes the opportunity to build his business by networking with companies that share a common interest in the Panthers.

    Ed Cannatelli - Cannatelli Builders

    Grocery Store Building

Ed Cannatelli of Cannatelli Builders Incorporated had a large task at hand when he was going to help construct a structure for Genarro's Farmer's Market in Pompano Beach, Florida.

"It was our greatest challenge to date," said Cannatelli. "We needed to add a 17,000 square foot addition to an existing CBS building."

He was recommended by a friend to contact Allied Steel.

"We were told that Allied Steel would know how to get the job done, and give us what we needed to attach the supplement to what was already there."

Instead of causing Genarro's Farmer's Market to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, Cannatelli exclaimed he was able to find a better solution with Allied.

"We were able to save the customer $250,000 from Conventional CBS Construction without having to sacrifice any aesthetics."

Allied Steel was able to give Cannatelli what he needed to enhance Genarro's Farmer's Market by supplying a structure that was 317 feet long and 44 feet wide with a wind load of 146 mph.
