   Sonja was very courteous, pleasant and valued what I had to say. She didn't overwhelm me with her opinions, but was quite helpful when needed. She was also very timely. I am working on getting her some referrals. Sonja is knowledgeable and very good to work with as an agent. She seemed enthusiatic about her line of work.

   Recently I was so blessed to have Sonja Cannady to be my Realtor, as I purchased and sold properties in the St. Louis area. Sonja is a gifted woman who has shown professionalism in every phase of the business dealings I have had with her. She followed up and followed through with all of the paperwork, making sure my wife and I fully understood everything about the transactions. It has been an absolute joy doing business with your company and Sonja. She is an asset to Coldwell Banker Gundaker.

   I am writing to you having just completed a process of selling the home that has been in our family for sixty years. My sister had to leave the home due to her needs for health care. Our agent, Sonja Cannady, grew up and still lives with her family across the street from this home.
   
   While I have known Sonja for many years, this process of getting the home prepared and then on the market enabled me to see the professional life and work of Sonja. I want you to know that it is not possible for me to be more satisfied with the competence and professionalism that she showed. Every step or variance was anticipated by her, every need or counsel given during the three month long process. What I had anticipated would be a difficult and very stressful task was made so much more pleasant because she cared, and took the time to inform me of things that I should be doing. As a result there were no surprises, hidden conclusions, and unanticipated events. If my professional duties kept me from being on hand when a contractor was coming for service, she stepped in and made sure that the home was opened, and re-secured.
   
   I applaud her work with you, and will be more that willing to recommend her and your company to others who may ask me about selling their home.
