CENTERTON -- Shannon Cannady is watching a dream come true.
She is seeing the home -- the one she never thought she would have -- be built, and she has Habitat for Humanity of Benton County to thank.
On Sunday afternoon, Cannady, 30, and her two sons, Daniel, 8, and Adrian, 6, attended the groundbreaking for their new home at 290 Fair St. in Centerton.

Cannady, a full-time college student at NorthWest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville, said she was surprised to learn she qualified for the home.
"I just think it's so neat," she said."I never thought I would get my own house."
