   Bob Cann, CPA is a Partner in the Chicago office of Legacy Professionals LLP. Bob serves as the Firm's Director of Compliance Services, where he provides tax and compliance services to not-for-profit organizations, including labor unions and employee benefit funds. He has been practicing public accounting since 1980 and has specialized in tax and compliance services since 1989. Prior to 1989, Bob worked in the audit department of the Firm.
   
   Bob has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Department of Labor, as well as consulted with them on numerous tax issues. Bob has given many seminars on the Form LM-2 to clients and prospects of the Firm. Part of his job is to advise clients on how best to comply with all filing requirements.
   
   Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He is a past member of Employee Benefits Committee of the Illinois CPA Society. Bob earned a B.S. in Accounting, in 1979 from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Bob, who is Legacy's Director of Compliance Service, gave a seminar on Reporting Requirements and IRS and DOL Audits for Employee Benefit Plans.    Cann Speaks at IFEBP's Benefit Plans Professionals Institute Bob Cann was on the program at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Benefit Professionals Institute, which was held on June 26 at the Fairmont in Chicago.    Cann Speaks at AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee Midwest Regional Meeting Bob Cann also spoke the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee Midwest Regional Meeting which was held on March 7 at the Drake Hotel in Chicago. Bob spoke about the Form LM-30 reporting requirements and CAP audits.
