   Mr. Cann is a Director in the Corporate Finance group of Ocean Tomo. Mr. Cann began his professional career with KPMG Peat Marwick as an auditor before being asked to join the corporate services division of Deloitte & Touché where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate recovery and restructurings.
   
   Mr. Cann founded a consulting practice assisting underperforming companies become market leaders and then assisting them with restructurings to capitalize on the improved management techniques that had been implemented. Clients were in the transport, waste management, high technology and wine-making industries. One of these clients diversified into investment banking and Mr. Cann was instrumental in conducting prospect identification, purchase evaluation, assisting in financing, changes in business practices of successful purchases and the divestiture of companies from the portfolio.
   
   In 1998, Mr. Cann joined Development Specialists, Inc., one of the world's leading turnaround firms. At DSI, Mr. Cann worked in bankruptcy, restructuring, and interim management positions at clients that included Mercury Finance, Commercial Financial Services, AgriBioTech, Wallace's Bookstores, Gingiss Formalwear (including Gary's Tuxedos), and AmeriKing.
   
   In addition to being a member of the Bankruptcy Institute of America and the Turnaround Management Association, Mr. Cann is currently completing the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. He has an undergraduate degree in business with a major in public accounting and a Master of Business from the University of Notre Dame Australia.

   Mr. Cann began his professional career with KPMG Peat Marwick as an auditor before being asked to join the corporate services division of Deloitte & Touché where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate recovery, and restructurings. Specific duties included the preparation of due diligence reports and computer modeling of businesses for valuation purposes, and was acting Chief Financial Officer for a number of companies as diverse as a vehicle dealership, several hotels, and a stage and lighting production company. In addition, Mr. Cann prepared the initial public offering for a mining company and conducted a valuation of a leading computer hardware distributor.
   
   For three years following his departure from Deloitte & Touché, Mr. Cann worked as a consultant in Japan with some of the largest international financial institutions. Tasks included assisting in the evaluation of nonperforming loans, investment analysis for a major fund manager, and film production work.
   
   Capitalizing on the experience gained in Japan, Mr. Cann commenced a consulting practice assisting underperforming companies to become market leaders and then assisting them with restructurings to capitalize on the improved management techniques that had been implemented. Clients were in the transport, waste management, high technology, and wine-making industries.    Since joining DSI's Chicago office in 1998, Mr. Cann has worked on diverse engagements including Mercury Finance, formerly the market leader in sub-prime auto lending; Commercial Financial Services, formerly the world's largest purchaser and servicer of bad credit card debt (over $2 billion in debt); Agribiotech, formerly the world's largest turf and forage seed company; Wallace's Bookstores, formerly the third largest used textbook wholesaler and operator of college bookstores in North America and iLogistix, a supply chain management company to Compaq, HP and Microsoft. Smaller engagements include companies in the automotive supply, tool and die, flexible package printing and telecommunications industries.
   
   In addition to being a member of the Bankruptcy Institute of America and the Turnaround Management Association, Mr. Cann is currently completing the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
