   Nancy started Crusader Yacht Sales in 1982.She has been boating for over 30 years, lived aboard a sailboat for 10 years, and has sailed in many beautiful places around the world.
   
   Several years ago, Nancy was introduced to sport fishing.She enjoys offshore and coastal fishing on the Chesapeake and the Delaware seashore.She has fished in a long list of exotic places like Belize and Costa Rica. (Check out the picture in her office of her 120 pound sailfish!)
   
   When elected the President of Yacht Architects and Brokers Association (YABA), she became its first woman officer in 75 years.She has been extremely active in this national trade organization, which advocates high ethical standards and professionalism within the industry, and was voted "Broker of the Year" in 1996.
   
   Her outstanding repeat customer record and envious referral rate is testimony to her many happy customers.
