Sherri Canjar, LGS Group Inc.
Ms. Canjar's talk focussed on the key drivers of today's competitive advantage and how technology supports them. She pointed out that an important aspect of a business strategy is to leverage existing customer and product information in order to deliver strategic information to the right people at the right time and to support changing business needs. Ms. Canjar also observed that "people" problems are the main reasons for failures and problems in the development of data warehouses.
