   One of the driving forces behind Hunter's Creek when it was being conceived by our initial developer, Genstar, and the one and only land planner for Hunter's Creek, Brian Canin of Canin & Associates, was that strict rules were needed because the community was being built in a largely rural section of Orange County that was bounded by rural sections of Osceola County and Orange County.
