Ms. Christina I. Canham

Chris Canham has worked with nonprofit institutions for two decades, with an emphasis on fund raising, organizational development and strategic planning.Her fundraising experience includes the planning and direction of capital and major gift campaigns with goals ranging from $1 million to $250 million for both local and national organizations.

She is presently a senior consultant with Campbell & Company in their Washington DC office.Before joining Campbell & Company, Ms. Canham was a managing partner of another fund-raising consulting firm where she directed their international practice.She also has held positions in development and public relations for Greenpeace and as a management consultant serving non-profit and government agencies for The Support Center of America.

Ms. Canham holds a Master of Arts degree in international relations from the University of South Carolina and has worked and traveled extensively throughout the world.She has written and lectured on various issues related to the nonprofit arena, including contributing to the first-ever survey of international fund raising practice, International Fund Raising for Not-for-Profits.
