   Mr. Canfora stated that the committee met with members of DBI and have volunteered to be involved with the Christmas Walk scheduled for Saturday, November 27 and have been involved with putting up the Christmas lights around the lake. Mr. Canfora also stated that the committee would be meeting on November 30 at 4 p.m. to discuss the BCF retreat scheduled for January 21 and 22, 2005 at Geneva State Park.

   Mr. Canfora said that the MAPS Committee met January 29, 2008 at the Lake Anna YMCA Community Center and that it was well attended.Mr. Canfora reported indicators are being formed and that several meetings have been planned over the next few months.Mr. Canfora also said that the University of Akron is working on a proposal for the Committee.
   
   Mr. Canfora stated that there is much excitement about the Magic Action Plan.Mr. Canfora asked that his name not be resubmitted to serve as secretary of the Barberton Community Foundation so that he can concentrate more of his time to the Magic Action Plan.
   
   Mr. Canfora said that the Barberton Community Foundation Board Retreat has been scheduled for Saturday, March 29 through Sunday March 30, 2008 at the Lodge at Geneva.Mr. Canfora said that there have been minor changes made to the Retreat Agenda.
