Last month we reprinted a letter to the editor from Ragan Canella, Plaquemine, Louisiana. (If you missed reading it, you will find it in this web site. Just click on the issue date at the end of this letter.) Well, Ragan has joined the LFA team as a District Director - Southwest District.
