   Tricia is from the Southern village of Santa Rita. In 1990 she met and worked for a Japanese developer on Guam for the past 15 years, whose main field of real estate development was condominiums, golf courses, and hotels, she has moved up on the ranks in the company, starting out as a General Managers Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, and now the President. She worked mostly on the developer's real estate side, selling renting and buying. She then found her niche in working for Japanese and foreign investors in Guam.
   
   She is now the owner and President of her own managing company, and uses her real estate craft together with her business profession to perpetuate smooth and fast real estate transactions.
   
   In 2004 to better enhance her business, she decided to perfect her real estate skills and joined a team of professionals who are knowledgeable and skilled in the real estate field on the island, at Today's Realty.
   
   With this profound wisdom she is able to provide buyers and sellers the path in accomplishing their real estate needs and investments.
