   David joined O&O in 2000 and is responsible for managing O&O's larger consultancy projects as well as the professional development of O&O analysts. He also has direct responsibility for a number of O&O's ongoing client relationships.
   
   David has a BA from St Catharine's College, Cambridge and an MBA with distinction from the Tanaka Business School at Imperial College London. Before his career in media and entertainment strategy advice, David was a Director of GJW Government Relations.

   David joined O&O in 2000 after studying for an MBA at Imperial College Management School, London, where he graduated with distinction. David was previously a director of political consultancy GJW Government Relations, where he advised companies in highly regulated sectors like pharmaceuticals, food and drink on the implications of UK and European Union legislation for their businesses. While at O&O, David has managed substantial projects conducted on behalf of clients including British Telecom, Channel 4, the BBC and the Football Association.
   
   David was for six years an elected councillor in an inner London Borough, for two of which he was his party,s spokesman on housing and environmental services. He was also a non-executive director of Business Link London City Partners, a company funded by the Department of Trade and Industry that provides advisory services to small businesses in the City and East London.
   
   David has a BA Honours degree in geography from St Catharine,s College, Cambridge.
