Lori has been a member and KHUSA Director of the Carlisle UMC program since it started six years ago. Currently over 90 church members are engaged with this ministry to the children of Carlisle Elementary School, including Lori, who has been mentoring Brianna for six years, since she was in the 1st grade. Lori served for ten years as a Youth and Christian Education Director prior to assuming her position as KHUSA Director, and has lead mission trips for youth and adults with the Appalachia Service Project for the past 14 years.
