Stefan Candea, journalist since 1998, has worked for print, radio and television - both Romanian and foreign media, co-founder and vice-president of The Romanian Centre for Investigative Journalism, covers organized crime, international and military & secret services, works at the the Centre, and as a freelance journalist, teaches investigative techniques for journalists at romanian universities in Bucharest, Iasi and Timisoara.
