   Nancy Candea conducted a yoga/dance workshop at AAW on October 27. Nancy, a native of Michigan, is currently the owner and director of Boundless Yoga Center on the island of Hawaii. She has studied with teachers from the Lyengar, Anusara and Ashtanga traditions. Her own hatha yoga practice of 18 years along with studying yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation and studies of therapeutic yoga help her make yoga accessible to all ages and body types. Nancy also teaches a yoga based dance curriculum that includes aerial dance on one point trapezes.
