T3 is enhancing its "think tank" capabilities by combining the skills of Kirk Drummond, a ten-year online advertising veteran and interactive creative director for the Austin office, Gil Canare, a nine-year product management specialist and T3 interactive services director, and new hire, Dan Berra, the T3 information services director.

Before serving as T3 interactive services director, Canare was the director of client services for Cyperplex Inc., a consulting company providing expertise in business strategy, software development and integration, and user interface design, with offices located throughout the United States and Canada. Canare brings the skills to build, manage, motivate and mentor teams in client management, project execution and business development.
