   Lupe is a Marriage and Family Intern here at Journeys. She earned her Masters of Science at Vanguard University in the Graduate School for Clinical Psychology and earned her undergraduate also at Vanguard in Psychology. She also holds an Associates of Arts degree in Sociology from Santa Ana College.
   
   Lupe,s educational training has professionally prepared her with the essential clinical skills to work with socio-economical, ethnical, and clinical diverse populations. As a Spanish-speaking Latin American, she has a desire to work with those in the Spanish speaking community who seek internal freedom. Due to her bi-cultural awareness she is able to identify and help clients work on cultural or identity struggles.
   
   Lupe is committed to providing hope and recovery to those searching for psychological help. She has experience in providing counseling services to individuals, children, adolescents, couples and families in the Santa Ana-Orange County Area. Lupe has a passion for the low-income and undocumented Spanish speaking population. She and her husband have volunteered through local churches in reaching out to this population. Lupe believes in helping not only in actions but in modeling what could be accomplished through Christ. Only He can accomplish the impossible.
