   Leyla Campos, Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, DONE, gave a quick timeline of her work with the NHENC in its formation efforts of the past two years. Ms. Campos reported there are 87 certified neighborhood councils in the city, with 100-105 expected.

   Leyla Campos ? DONE Project Coordinator ? explained that the CNC can?t define the term, ?work.? The intent of DONE is to keep the term ?work? open and inclusive. She first told the group that adoption of any change in stakeholder definition would delay the upcoming Board election. She later agreed that any such change or clarification would not be effective until after the election and, therefore, would not result in a delay or rescheduling of the Board election.
