   Liliana Campos-Dudley is Country Program Manager for the MOST Project and has more than ten years of experience designing and managing international health and natural resources programs. Ms. Campos-Dudley manages MOST's programs in the Philippines, Ethiopia, Nicaragua and El Salvador. She is responsible for developing country plans and budgets, mobilizing technical and financial resources, and administrative oversight. Before joining ISTI she was Country Director and Regional Coordinator for Conservation International's programs in the Andean Region and managed ecological research programs in Zimbabwe. Ms. Campos-Dudley has an M.A. in Latin American Studies with emphasis in regional planning, a B.S. in Biology, and graduate training in institutional management and fundraising. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has working ability in Portuguese and French.
