   Dr. Lawrence Campodonico, Billings, recently became chairman of the Rocky Mountain College board of trustees. In 1998, Campodonico began his tenure on the RMC board of trustees, where he served as chairman of the Strategic planning committee. Previously he served as co-chairman of Rocky's National Advisory Council.
   
   Campodonico graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University's School of Medicine. After two years of residency in San Francisco and two years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, he served as chief resident in medicine at the University of Louisville. he then moved to miles City, where he practiced internal medicine from 1956-1991.
   
   Campodonico moved to Billings in 1991 to practice internal medicine, part time, at the Billings Clinic. Since his retirement in 1998 he has provided his medical services, one morning a week to the students of Rocky Mountain College.
   
   Campodonico and his wife, Edith, have four children: Daniel, Leah, Shannon, and Richard. They have six grandchildren, one great grandchild and are expecting two more.
   
   "One cannot be associated with Rocky for long without sensing the affection that binds together its students, faculty, administration, staff and board," said Campodonico.
