   Fernando J. Campo has been Citrix Vice-president for the Latin America and the Caribbean region since 2002. During this time, Fernando has achieved an increase of over 150% in sales, the highest regional growth rate within the organization. Under his leadership, Citrix has increased its local investment in Latin America at a rate of 30% per year, which has resulted in the expansion of the company's operations to the Andes region, Central America, the Caribbean, and Chile. With offices in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Ft Lauderdale, Citrix Latin America is present in 18 countries through more than 100 business partners. Fernando Campo has 21 years experience in different management positions in the IT industry. Before taking his present position, he was global leader of Citrix Consulting Services and Technical Services. Before joining the company, Fernando was the Vice-president and COO of Innovex Group, an IT consulting firm, and he was formerly Senior Manager of Technology Integration Services at Accenture. Mr. Campo has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tulane University. Besides his professional activities, Fernando is a family man, likes sailing and he supports several fund-raising initiatives for health-related research. This year, he is Citrix Executive Sponsor at the Ft Lauderdale Corporate Run in support of "The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society".
