   But solution providers' concern that CCS isn't communicating effectively with them is fair, said Fernando Campo, vice president of CCS. "[Conflict] could happen. It's a relatively new organization, and we're still in the process of knowing who our regional channel partners are," Campo said. CCS has no specified rules of engagement, he said.
   
   To develop closer ties to Citrix solution providers, CCS is beta-testing a certification program to train a select group of Citrix Certified Consulting Partners (CCCPs) in its advanced methodology, Campo said. Program members currently include four partners in the Americas and four in Europe. The program is expected to include about 30 partners by the end of next year, Campo said.
