   Allan came to La Florida after a long and productive career in business working as a consultant and professional problem solver for clients all across the country.
   
   An investor in condominium properties himself, Allan found he was enthusiastically selling the Emerald Coast lifestyle almost every time people asked him where he lived. After helping yet one more out-of-state friend find and purchase a beachfront condominium, Allan realized that he also enjoyed this new kind of problem solving: finding that perfect place on the water for discriminating buyers.
   
   Soon thereafter, he joined La Florida, dividing time between the two activities as he winds down the consulting business and expands his real estate career.
