   Julia Campion, MFICA passion for art and colour developed during her school years, plus an early career in human resources and training, led Julia to combine these interests when she trained as an image consultant with First Impressions in 1989.She quickly developed a thriving business, working with both private and corporate clients and public sector organisations.In 1997 she became Director of Development and in 1999 Managing Director, following the retirement of the previous Director of First Impressions.Julia is a Master of The Federation of Image Consultants, having completed her TFIC/City & Guilds Joint Award in Image Consultancy and in 2003 won the Federation's TINA Award for her outstanding contribution to the industry.Julia is committed to the future of the organisation, its consultants and the industry, promoting professionalism and high standards in all aspects of the business.
