Julia Campins is the Equal Justice Litigation Fellow at The Impact Fund. Ms. Campins clerked for the Hon. Marsha S. Berzon of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of Columbia Law School, she was President of the Public Interest Law Foundation and a Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
