   Eduardo is a fully bilingual native Spanish speaker originally from Colombia. Eduardo holds a BA in Political Sciences from Brown University and has done coursework at the University of Barcelona in Spain. Besides working for Spanish Black Belt conducting continuing education Spanish classes on a part-time basis, Eduardo works as Legislative Correspondent for the Office of Senator Jack Reed.

   Prior to joining Spanish Black Belt, Mr. Campillo worked as a Spanish Interpreter at the Rhode Island Hospital and English Teacher at the Met Charter School in Rhode Island. He is currently Vice-President of Administration at the Brown University Latino Alumni Council. Prior to that, while still at school, he acted as Chair of the Campus Life Task Force, Co-Chair at the Latin American Student Organization, and Member of the Leadership Advisory Committee.
   
   Mr. Eduardo Campillo is recipient of the Dorado Legacy Award for his contributions to the multicultural community presented by the L.U.L. Fraternity Inc. and the Joslin Award for contributions to improvements of student life at Brown University.
