The Principal of Rose des Vents School in Cornwall, Pierre Campeau was surprised Friday, June 18th, 2004, when his students gave him a going-away party.Campeau is moving to Ottawa to become Principal at Louis Riel High School in Orléans.There were some tears as students sang a special song created just for him, "Adieu Monsieur le directeur." Campeau says the move for him is a strategic one as he works towards his goal of becoming a superintendent within the board.Campeau has been in Cornwall for 10 years at Rose des Vents School and at école L'Heritage.
