Tracy Campbell Tracy has extensive knowledge of Aboriginal Consultation issues stemming from her work over the past 20 years with government, private industry, and aboriginal groups. She is a former Chief Negotiator for the government of the Northwest Territories working on claims and self-government agreements. In her work with the Government of Alberta, she was responsible for the development and implementation of the Alberta Environment First Nations Consultation Guidelines for EPEA and Water Act authorizations, including environmental impact assessments. She has also worked with Aboriginal trappers in northwest Alberta and northeast British Columbia, focusing on consultation issues related to oil and gas development.
