   Thom, Terry & family live in Ovilla, Texas just South of Dallas.

   Terry is a mother and Public School teacher where she works with the Visually Impaired students in Red Oak ISD. She also has specialized training with the hearing impaired. Terry was reared in Jacksonville, Texas and grew up in the Enterprise Baptist Church (BMA) where her parents still attend. Terry was graduated from Jacksonville High School (Class of 1980-Valedictorian), received her Associates degree from Jacksonville Baptist College, Jacksonville, Texas, Bachelors of Science from UT Tyler, and Master's of Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Using her teaching experience, Terry has enjoyed participating in Vacation Bible Schools and Sunday School. She has served as pianist and assistant pianist at Thom's various pastorates, and coordinated WMA activities as well as Mid-week meals at the church.
   
   Recently Terry was diagnosed with breast cancer, has undergone a mastectomy and reconstruction, and is currently receiving chemotherapy. While we do not understand all the "whys" of this disease, God has given our family the strength to accept it and to take this opportunity to exercise our faith in His ability to heal and bring us through trials. Truly we know that the Lord has a divine plan and He is leading us all the way.
