   Modrall Sperling's staff is managed by our Executive Director , Teri Pat Campbell , who handles the day-to-day management of the firm and coordinates with the firm's Executive Committee on policy decisions. Ms. Campbell came to the firm in 1994 from Denver , Colorado , where she was the Deputy Circuit Executive for the Tenth Circuit. In 1999 , Ms. Campbell served as the President of the New Mexico Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
   
   The approximately 70 lawyers at Modrall Sperling are supported by staff including paralegal , secretarial , bookkeeping , administrative , file management , and information systems personnel. We recognize the value of our dedicated , knowledgeable , and professional staff , and make every effort to take advantage of their expertise. The firm's Support Staff Advisory Committee advises firm management on a variety of issues , including efficient operation of our offices and ways to provide better client service. In addition , support staff often play an integral role in the firm's decision-making processes. For example , Modrall Sperling's Technology Committee includes support staff representatives ( in addition to our information systems personnel ) to ensure that the technology needs of our support staff are met. Staff is also consulted for input on an ad hoc basis on a wide variety of other issues , such as total quality management ( TQM ) programs , information storage and retrieval , productivity , and morale.
