   Delegate Campbell is married to Dr. Susan Sharp Campbell, The Associate for Educational Ministries for the Presbytery of West Virginia and pastor of Frankford Presbyterian Church.
   
   A member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delegate Campbell is also an active participant in the community as an Authorized Lay Preacher in the Presbyterian Church, USA, a reader for Ronceverte Elementary School's Read-Aloud West Virginia program, and a member of the Maxwelton Ruritan Club.He is also on the advisory board for the State Fair of West Virginia and the local advisory board of BB&T.He is a former member of the Lewisburg City Council, Lewisburg Rotary, Lewisburg Shanghai Parade Committee, and Lewisburg Visitors and Convention Bureau.
   
   First elected to the House in 1996, Delegate Campbell has served on the following committees:

   Delegate Campbell has furthered his preparation for public office by completing the Program for Emerging Political Leaders at the University of Virginia as well as attending the American Council of Young Political Leaders held in Greece and an ACYPL Leadership Seminar at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.In addition, he is a lifetime member of the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
