I am still in a state of shock following the untimely death of our Chaplain Steve Campbell. Fortunately, I can rely on our friendship, and the dedication that he had for life in general, and Masonry in particular. I will remember the last time we knelt at the alter together, as Steve asked for the blessing of GOD for the lodge and me, during our installation. I will cherish those last moments that Steve, Marie, Bonnie, and I, spent together as we were walking out of the lodge after installation.

Some people are meant to do certain things and fullfill certain roles in life. Steve was meant to be a Chaplain, and Ambassador of cheer and good will in the lodge. Somehow we will carry on, but the room will be more subdued without his presence.
