In 1986 he joined Allen Systems Group, a mainframe computer software sales organization, and served as that company's Chief Financial Officer from startup, through its inclusion in the Inc. 500 as one of America's fastest growing privately held companies. In 1993 he co-founded 21st Century Software, a mainframe computer software sales organization and served as its President. In 1994 he co-founded OnDemand Software and served as the company's Chief Financial Officer. In 1996 he co-founded Webster Network Strategies, an Internet security software company and served as that company's President through its sale to Secure Computing Corporation. In 1998 he co-founded My Docs Online an Internet based file storage and collaboration service and served as the Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida.
