Patty Camacho is an Associate Transportation Engineer with DKS Associates.Ms. Camacho has over five years experience in transportation engineering and planning, including school studies, corridor studies, environmental impact analysis, and traffic and parking studies.Ms. Camacho served as project engineer for the City of Santa Clara and Santa Clara University Parking Study.She is currently deputy project manager for the BART Seismic Retrofit/Safety Project.Ms. Camacho is a member of the ITE - San Francisco Bay Area Section and founder and coordinator of the STEP (Students in Transportation Engineering and Planning) Mentor Program.She was nominated for the ITE District 6 Young Professional Achievement Award in 2005 for her work and contributions to the students and the transportation industry.She enjoys running, hiking and planning her upcoming wedding.
