Michael Callaghan, senior vice president of corporate development, was Cincinnati Bell's third-highest paid executive in 2004, according to the filing.He was paid a salary of $259,600, up 3.8 percent from a year ago, other compensation of $14,900 and a bonus of $123,000.His bonus was considerably lower than last year's $300,000 award, because his '03 bonus included a "success bonus" of about $181,000 related to Cincinnati Bell's sale of its broadband business.
Callaghan also received 10,000 shares of restricted stock worth $54,250, as well as 75,000 stock options that have an exercise price of $3.780 per share, according to the filing.
