Michael G Callaghan

Michael Callaghan is MD for CMS's Irish Operation, in which role he oversees all aspects of the business in Ireland. Michael initially joined CMS in Feb 2004 in the role of Group Finance Director and in that role held responsibility for the Finance, IT and Logistics part of the business. Prior to CMS Michael worked with Microsoft in their European Operations Centre based in Dublin where he held a number of senior finance and operational positions. Previous to Microsoft Michael worked with Esselte Meto based in both UK and Germany. Michael completed a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree in Dublin City University, prior to sitting his professional accountancy examinations. He qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in 1991.

Michael Callaghan, an ex-Microsoft executive who joined CMS Peripherals as group financial director, was recently appointed managing director.

Remuneration for Storit's three directors - Salmon, Callaghan and Peadar Dolan - came to almost ,612,000 last year, the accounts show.
