MEGAN CALLAGHAN is a Front Desk Sales Agent with the Windmill Inn of Chandler AZ.She has been employed here since October 2003, is full time, and is a student of Education at AZ State University.Megan earned, this month, her 100% Club Cup - which means she has successfully had 10 100% shop calls from HSN.When asked why she was able to do this at this corporately busy front desk, Megan told us, "You want to treat EVERY phone call as if it is the shopper.You want the customer to have all the information available so when they show up, there are no surprises."Megan gives credit to her AGM Glenn and a co-Front Desk Sales Agent, Brandon, for her training in this important part of her position.
