  Matthew Callaghan, Chief Pilot / President Arrow Helicopters Matthew has been with Mica from the start and knows our terrain and mountain flying as well as anyone! In addition to being a Commercial Pilot since 1991 and a rescue pilot for Parks Canada without restriction, Mathew is also the father of four kids, a dog, a snake and a hamster. Always with a smile on his face, "Have a good one guys! sums up his love for flying.

  Kokanee Helicopters' Revelstoke base manager, Matthew Callaghan, does the majority of the flying. He currently has over 9000 hours of mountain flying experience and is specially trained for the environment. In 1999 Matthew was awarded an accomplished accident free safety award. He is also one of two certified Parks Canada Mountain Rescue Pilots. The Kokanee helicopter engineer is a full-time licensed aircraft maintenance engineer. He maintains the aircraft to standards that meet or exceed Ministry of Transport regulations, and systematically inspects each helicopter at the completion of every flight.

  Arrow Helicopters' Revelstoke base manager, Matthew Callaghan, will do the majority of the flying when contracted by Heli Canada Adventures. Their base engineer will look after the aircraft maintenance. Both have exceptional qualifications.
  
  Matthew currently has over 5000 hours of mountain flying experience. In 1999 he was awarded an accomplished accident free safety award. Matthew is also a certified Parks Canada Mountain Rescue Pilot. In the event that Matthew is unavailable, back-up pilots are all equally gifted pilots, and each with more than 5000 flight hours.
