Mr. Cain is responsible for Telsource's nationwide field service engineering and operations team and all related operations support functions provided in the National Operations Center in Strongsville, Ohio, which include: Operations Support, Resource Allocation, Materials Management, and Distribution Center.

Mr. Cain has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry encompassing engineering, network operations and design, sales, and marketing.Mr. Cain has held various leadership positions at AT&T.He has successfully completed extensive Bell System training in both technical and management programs.

He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College.
