Mrs. Jill L. Butler

STAMFORD, NY ... Jill L. Butler, R.N., F.N.P., recently joined Bassett Healthcare as a Family Nurse Practitioner at its outpatient center in Stamford.She will be working with David Williams, M.D., providing routine and urgent health care to patients of all ages in Stamford and the surrounding communities.

A resident of Walton, she comes to Bassett's Stamford clinic after several years as a Registered Nurse and Registered School Nurse in central Delaware County.She received certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Community General Hospital's Nurse Practitioner Program in February.

Before seeking Nurse Practitioner certification, Mrs. Butler served as School Nurse at South Kortright Central School, 1995-99.Earlier, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse (1993-94) and Registered Nurse (1994-95) at Delaware Valley Hospital, Walton.She served as a medical/surgical, intensive care and obstetrical nurse while at Delaware Valley Hospital.

Mrs. Butler is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the New York State Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.She earned an A.S.S. Registered Nursing degree from the State University of New York at Delhi in 1994.
