Most of Debra's consulting life has been working at organisational level in major blue-chip companies.Prior to that she worked in publishing and advertising, and later as internal marketing manager at Royal Mail in the early 1990s.

Before going independent in 2001, Debra worked for several marketing, communication & change consultancies (latterly as part of the AMV-BBDO advertising agency).More recent engagements have involved:
