With a grant from the Public-Private Infrastructure Facility (PPIAF)*, a study team composed of Mr. Aashish Mehta, ADB Economist, and Mr. David Butcher, ADB consultant, examined the regulatory approaches and challenges faced by electricity regulators in CAREC member countries.
