   James Burton Director of Training James is responsible for managing and developing the training programs/custom delivery within the RealSolutions classrooms. James began his love for Information Technology at a very early age when he started reading his father computer programming books. Since 1999 he has been teaching vendor certified courses for a wide variety of clients ranging from very large organizations to small clients throughout the United States.
   
   James has been involved in a variety of activities and projects ranging from network design and implementation, courseware development, technical presentation and consulting for the past 10 years. In addition to teaching, James continues to consult with various small to mid sized companies to help them implement new and emerging technologies.
   
   James attended Texas Tech University where he studied Computer Science and holds numerous certification; those certifications include an MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), CNE (Certified Novell Engineer), MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) in NT and Windows 2000/2003, CTT (Certified Technical Trainer), MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator), CCNP/CCDP (Cisco Certified Network Professional/Design Professional), and various Comptia certifications (A+, N+, S+, L+). He specializes in Operating Systems, Integration, Application Servers, Security, and Infrastructure Support and Design.
   
   When not associated with networking "things", James and his wife Corina loves to play volleyball, watch movies, and hanging out with friends and family.
