   Eddie R. Burton ADVISOR A member of ISM since 1980Eddie is Sr. Project Services Specialist for The Benham Companies, LLC, an SAIC Company in Tulsa OK . In Purchasing since 1979 and at Benham since 2006 , Eddie has a history of responsible positions as planner, purchasing agent, purchasing manager and corporate director of purchasing. He holds a BBA in Business Administration from Texas A & M University and has advanced Purchasing and Computer Software Application skills. While an active member of NAPM Texas Panhandle from 1980-1989, his career brought him to Woodward Oklahoma in 1989 where he was a member of NAPM Oklahoma City from 1989-1995. Then on to Tulsa where he has enthusiastically assumed one responsibility after another on the Board. Over the past five (5) years, he has served the Tulsa Affiliate as Pro-D Vice Chair, Programs Chair, First Vice President, President, Director for National Affairs (DNA) and most recently Director at Large. He has also served on the local community college Purchasing/Materials Management Advisory Council, and was the General Conference Chair for the Southwest Purchasing Conference Chair held in Tulsa, OK September 2000. Eddie has served on the national level for the past several years acting as Chair of the Affiliate Support Council, Groups and Fourm Support Council and also as a workshop leader for ISM Annual Summer Leadership Training Workshops. He is a past chair of the Southwest Forum and currently serves as Advisory Chair.
