   " This building will be about as automated as you can get," said Dwight Burton, Future's facility manager in Southaven. "The building is close to 50 feet high and will have 330,000 tote locations and 4,300 pallet locations. In fact, there will be no human intervention in more than 200,000 square feet of the building."
   
   Burton said Future chose Southaven - after considering more than 20 communities in seven different states - because of a favorable economic package, close proximity to major hubs for Fed Ex and UPS and the quality of potential employees in the region.
   
   "Memphis is a town known for distribution," Burton said.
