   Gordon MicK Acheson , Doug Burton , Stacey Hairston , Melinda Durbin Hileman , Jill Jolliff and Dr , Mozelle Pickering were introduced that Saturday at halftime of the ONU men's basketball game with Marietta and were inducted at a banquet that evening at McIntosh Center.

   Douglas R. Burton of Columbus , Ohio lettered four years in wrestling for the Polar Bears. During this time , he was a two-time OAC champion and a two-time All-American.
   
   Doug was the first NCAA Division III All-American wrestler in ONU's history.
   
   Involvement in all aspects of campus life was the key to his leadership and success. Doug was a resident assistant , an officer and member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity , a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and a member of student senate , just to name a few of his extra-curricular activities.
   
   After graduation Doug took a management position at Lazarus Department store and after a few years joined Continental Office Furniture company as a sales executive. He is now Executive Vice President at Continental , the largest office furniture company in the Midwest.
   
   Doug is the proud father of two boys.
