was founded in 2003 by David L. Burton to help organizations/businesses and individuals become more successful through right brain directed processes (creativity and innovation).
He has conducted workshops for Honda, the City of Niagara Falls, the Ontario Government, St. Claire College, Centennial College, Entrepreneur Expansion, Ontario Office Works and many others, teaching lateral thinking methods and techniques.
Through his more than 20 years experience as a very innovative and creative entrepreneur, coupled with his personal studies and research, David has developed an exceptional program to help businesses as well as individuals, achieve a higher level of success and develop all of their potential.
He has appeared as a guest on a number of radio talk shows, CFRB, CBC, CJRN, CKTB, just to name a few and writes editorials on creative thinking techniques for the Business Link Publication.
By way of his diverse creative abilities and talents, David has been responsible for a number of successful consumer products, resulting in over twenty million dollars in sales.
He has also written and published a book for young children, as well as composed many songs while in the entertainment business, with one song reaching number one in Canada.
He won a number of awards and nominations in the music Industry ... BMI Award, Juno Award nomination and 2 CMA Award nominations.
Some of David's other successes were the creation of animated characters that he licensed to a number of companies, founded Val-Mar International Licensing, Stoney Creek Publishing, Sunstone Records, and was co-founder of Sport Times Magazine.
David has been the keynote speaker for a number of organizations where he talked about the importance of right brain/lateral thinking in business and how to recognize and harvest that creative talent.
David's philosophy is "if it ain't broken ... break it".
He believes that you shouldn't let your routines imprison your thinking, and that it's extremely important to break those routines and not always follow the rules.
