   Charlotte Lyeth Burton, Director, is Chairman of Longyear Realty Corporation, a family-owned corporation that holds land, timber and mineral interests in northern Michigan and Minnesota. She is also a member of the boards of Carroll Paul Forest, Inc., Sargent Mining, LLC, Keewatin Mining, LLC, Share Properties Management Committee, and Minnesota Steel Industries, LLC. Ms. Burton is the former Managing Director of Shakespeare on the Sound, which produces an annual summer Shakespeare festival in Rowayton as a community event. Previously, she was Director of Development for The Maritime Center in Norwalk and The New York Botanical Garden in Bronx, NY. Ms. Burton, and her husband, Bruce Robert Burton, are residents of Rowayton.

   Mrs. Burton of Rowayton, Connecticut, is Chairman of the Board of the following Longyear companies: JML Heirs, LLC; J.M. Longyear LLC, which is a co-owner of Minnesota Steel; and Longyear Realty Corporation. She serves on the Board of the Carroll Paul Forest. In the 100 year+ partnership with the Pillsburys and Bennetts, she represents the Longyear interests as a Governor of Sargent Land Company, LLC and Keewatin Mining Company, LLC. She has succeeded in these positions as the great granddaughter of John Munro Longyear and daughter of J.M. Richardson Lyeth, Jr. She is a board member of The Darien-Rowayton Bank, a new community bank.
   
   Mrs. Burton has also had an extensive career in the political and philanthropic worlds as a fundraiser and executive recruiter. Clients have included national presidential campaigns, The University of Michigan, Albion College,The New York Botanical Garden, and The Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk, Connecticut. Most recently, she has been the Managing Director of Shakespeare on the Sound in Connecticut.
   
   She has or is currently serving as a trustee, board or committee member for the following organizations: Artrain, The Michigan Historical Society, Adventure Unlimited, The American Associates of the Royal Academy Trust, The Washington Performing Arts Society, The American Ballet Theatre (Washington, D.C.).
