    Coral Hospitality, a full-service hospitality management and investment company specializing in hotels, clubs and residential communities, today announced that CHARLES BURTON has been appointed General Manager of Brasstown Valley Resort.The expansive mountain resort and conference center is situated within a 503-acre protected forest in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia.

    As General Manager, Burton will oversee all operations of the resort, which features 134 guest rooms, a 14,298 square-foot Conference Center facility, a championship Scottish links-style golf course as well as a new stables facility.

    "Brasstown already has a reputation of delivering memorable experiences," Burton explains."We need to capitalize on the volume of amenities available to guests as well as the expansive amount of meeting facilities on site."

    In his new role, Burton will first focus on key service areas that impact guests' overall resort experience and provide the leadership necessary to ensure guests receive the highest standard of service at every step of their resort stay.For Burton, that means "managing by walking around."This unique, hands-on management style positively engages employees and fosters professional development, inspiring genuine commitment among them to consistently deliver top-notch client service.
